What is Yamuna Body Rolling?
Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is a whole-body self-care practice that uses specially designed balls to restore alignment, release tension, and improve mobility from head to toe.
By creating space throughout the body, it helps you move more freely, improve posture, and feel better in your body.

Rolling the Meridians: Summer Season
Join Dianne Glass for a seasonal exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yamuna Body Rolling.
In TCM, Summer is a time of expansion, movement, connection, and vitality. It is the most Yang season of the year—a time when energy naturally moves outward into activity, growth, and engagement with life.
What many people don’t realize is that Summer is divided into two distinct phases. Early Summer is associated with the Fire element and the Heart and Small Intestine meridians, while Late Summer corresponds to the Earth element and the Stomach and Spleen meridians.
In this workshop, we’ll explore all four meridians through targeted rolling practices designed to improve mobility, support circulation and digestion, regulate the nervous system, and encourage the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body.
Together, we’ll examine how meridian pathways relate to the fascial system, why specific areas of the body respond so powerfully to rolling, and how seasonal practices can support greater balance and resilience during the warmer months.
Your Registration Includes:
• Live Zoom workshop with Dianne Glass
• One-month access to the workshop replay
• Downloadable Summer Season PDF Guide featuring meridian insights, seasonal nutrition, self-care practices, and featured acupoints
Whether you’re new to meridian rolling or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers a practical and accessible way to connect the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the transformative benefits of Yamuna Body Rolling.
I look forward to rolling with you.
