What is Yamuna Body Rolling?

 

Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR)  is a whole-body self-care practice that uses specially designed balls to restore alignment, release tension, and improve mobility from head to toe.

By creating space throughout the body, it helps you move more freely, improve posture, and feel better in your body.

For over 36 years, I’ve helped people feel better in their bodies through acupuncture, bodywork, and movement education. As an international teacher trainer, I’ve shared this work with thousands of people around the world.
