Join Manuela Scrilioni & Dianne Glass for the second of a series of four seasonal online retreats, with our Winter Retreat.
In East Asian medicine theory, balancing our energy and preparing for the changing seasons is essential for good health.
Winter is the perfect season to slow down and conserve our energy. Even if you live where the weather is mild, the cooler and darker days invite a meditative space to rest and reflect.
It’s essential to take this time to replenish the resources used throughout the year, whatever your “winter hibernation” might look like (hello, sweatpants and bottomless cups of tea!).
The energy of winter is deep and potent. This deeply nourishing Yin time gives us the needed energy, vision, and purpose to emerge into spring – a season of growth, renewal of spirit, and fresh starts.
During this most Yin season, our Qi flows more deeply within us. Winter’s energy invites us to connect with the core of our being and untouched emotions.
In preparation for winter, this YBR Holistic Winter Retreat focuses on rolling key points on the Kidney and Bladder meridians and stimulating the bones to promote better circulation and overall wellness.
