Absolutely! They work great and offer a less intense sensation seated. Many people use them at work while seated at their desks. I always pack my savers in my carry-on and use them when traveling on a long train or plane ride.
Don’t roll if you have open wounds or cuts on the bottom of your foot.
Work from a seated position if you have any balance or standing issues.
