In this dynamic two hour class, Dianne will give you YBR techniques you can take home with you to free restrictions in your pelvis, hips, legs and feet.
The feet are the body’s foundation. And they are also the root cause of many misalignments and structural issues. This workshop begins by using special YBR balls to stretch and strengthen the feet, and reduce – even heal – foot pain and foot problems.
Then Dianne moves on to special YBR exercises for the pelvis, hips and legs. The result: from your hips to your feet, joint soreness magically lessens and unhealthy postural patterns are corrected.
