The TMJ is a small but critical joint in your body. An unbalanced and tight TMJ can lead to jaw pain.
When your jaw is unbalanced, the sustained tension can have a ripple effect on various parts of your body. It can affect the back of your head, the first and second vertebrates, the vagus nerve, and even your pelvis, leading to a range of physical discomforts.
Stress clenches, and jaw grinding in this joint blocks vital energy flow throughout your entire body.
I teach a simple way to use the face ball, including working inside your mouth to relieve jaw tension and boost energy. These techniques will surprise you with their simplicity and effectiveness.
“Unjack” your jaw and feel more relaxed, refreshed, and relieved throughout your body. The TMJ release is intense, but trust me, it’s worth it!
