Early Summer, which lasts from May to late July, is linked to the Heart and Small Intestine meridians and the element of Fire. Late Summer, from August to late September, corresponds to the Spleen and Stomach meridians and the Earth element.

In this offering, we will focus on rolling key points related to the Heart, Small Intestine, Stomach, and Spleen meridians.
