Dianne begins the workshop by using special YBR balls to lengthen your spine and strengthen your back. Then she moves on to special YBR exercises for the shoulders and neck.
After that the focus shifts to lifting the rib cage, which frees muscle restrictions of the thoracic and cervical vertebrae – often the causes of shoulder and neck restrictions.
Last but not least, Dianne will show you how to use YBR balls to correctly roll the abdominal muscles, so they too properly support and protect the spine.
