Yamuna® Face Ball Certification

The Yamuna Face Ball method is a rejuvenating 4-day training that focuses solely on the face. The same YBR theory and logic of stimulating and aligning bone that works so well in other parts of the body is now translated to “restore our faces”.

This effective treatment is a powerful healing modality to rejuvenate skin, erase lines and stimulate the bones of the face. Therapeutically it alleviates many common painful conditions in the face such as TMJ jaw pain, headaches, sinus issues and myriad challenges for our facial structure.

Note: To become certified you are required to do 3 case studies consisting of 3 assessments on each case with before and after photos. Face assessment forms are provided in the manual. Yamuna® Foot Fitness 1 Certification

This is a dynamic 3-day training mastering the Yamuna foot wakers for healthy foot function. This training can be taken separately before YBR Phase 1 and 2.

What you will learn:

• The theory and philosophy of YFF and why it is important to educate people how to take care of their feet.
• Experiential anatomy of the muscle chains that insert into and affect the feet.
• How to problem solve and correct most common foot problems.
• How to perform and assess foot walking patterns using the “walking test” analysis.
• YFF foot wakers routines for restoring healthy foot function, flexibility and strength.
• Mastering hands-on assists for rehabilitating and retraining the feet.

Note:

To become certified in YFF 1 you are required to complete 10 case studies consisting of 3 assessments on each case. An open book written exam is also given. Upon successful completion you are now certified to teach group classes, work privately with clients and purchase foot wakers wholesale. • Learn a series YBR exercises to self-fix your own structural issues. Experience the power of YBR to maintain a pain-free and unrestricted body for yourself and be able to share this with others.

What is required for successful completion of the YBR certification?

• Complete both Part one then Part Two of the training.
• Pass an open book written exam.
• Pass a 1 hour practical teaching exam and 1 hour hands on assist exam.
• Each practical is scheduled with the certifying instructor of your choice.
• There is a fee of $100 for each individual practical and that is paid directly to the Certifying Instructor testing you out.
• We ask that your testing, both written and practical, be completed within 1 year after completing the training.
• Proof of CPR. It can be taken online.
• Proof of malpractice insurance. Listing YZ Studio as additional insured.
